Erik - I set out to replace the floor in an old gooseneck last year. After I got the flooring out, I hit one of the joists with a hammer, and it fell out on the ground. I don't have much money in the repair, but lots of time and welding rods and paint. The material I'm using for the repair had a scrap value, so mebbe it cost me a lot after all, ha.
