Yep, about the only place I didn't see the police and/or military all walking around with automatic weapons of some type was England....and who has some of the strickest gun laws in the world??? As far as Israel, when I was there back in the late 80's the soldiers hitch hiked by pointing the muzzle of the gun down toward the edge of the road instead of using a thumb. Guess if the muzzle was pointed up, like they do here in the states, it would have been a car jacking....LOL
Seriously, I read a thing last night where Pennsylvania had rushed through some sort of bill allowing someone in the schools to be armed. Supposidly it had already been in the works but got pushed through because of the masacre.
