Just finished watching Good Morning America with their "expert". Suprisingly I agreed with most of what he said. He first made the point that guns are not the problem, they are just a susceptable quick fix. Even if you took away the "assault weapons" the killings were still happening, but the body count would probably be lower. He advocated teaching kids personal responsibility, compassion, to help others, in short the same things people here would advocate. The only thing I don't agree with (and I'm no psychiatrist) is the complex where they think they will be famous for doing this. Pretty much repeating what some on here have been saying for quite some time, that they want to be famous in some sort of wierd twisted way. I was glad to see some reasonable conversation on the national media, however they didn't have a lot of time so they cut him off short which I didn't like at all. Maybe that interview will bring some people around to the "real" problems.
