I'm having a similar problem with my 02 f250 power stroke if I plug it in works fine but if not it runs rough till warmed up. I'm in Pennsylvania this all started shortly after hurricane sand come through I blamed it on the fuel since all refineries and such on the east coast shut down and obviously they have to get it somewhere else. Just my thought
