My 2006 Nissan Frontier has one and I wanted to kill it. Tire pressure was fine in all tires and light was solid on all the time. Put black tape over it for a while. When I had new tires put on I told the tech I thought it has a bad wheel sensor. He checked them and they were all good :-(. I went looking on the internet and found the strangest manual reset I have ever heard to re-establish communication. I had to put the LF tire at 32 psi, the RF tire at 30 psi, the LR tire at 28 psi and the RR tire at 26 psi. THEN I had to turn the Key on/Engine off and ground the white TPS wire 6 times in 10 sec THEN I had to start the engine and drive till the light went off. THEN the light would come back on (because the tire pressure was low). I THEN had to fill all the tires to the correct pressure (35psi) and THEN drive around until the light went off. CRAZY! (but it worked!). What in the wide wide world of sports were they thinking when they thought of that reset.
