You need to check your compression release. On the left side of the
engine, remove the cam cover and you need to probably replace the
compression release spring. It is a small, delicate,
spring but will take care of your problem. Also,
make sure that the metal tab that lifts the exhaust valve is
not bent. If bent, straighten so that it is parallel
