Dan, I installed a Central Boiler for my son 3 years ago for his new modular home. He has hot water baseboard and I built one of those "sidearms" for his electric hot water heater. We put one of those garage heaters in the basement and control the fan with a 110 volt thermostat. He burns a lot of wood but he is "toasty" warm no matter how cold it gets outside. The basement is nice and warm too and a favorite hangout for him and his buddies. He has a kegerator down there as well as a pool table, TV and a bunch of band equipment including guitars drums and some heavy duty amps. Don't ya just love wood heat!
