I put my place in trust so that no one can come in and just take over. My best friend and buddy is the recipient he is out in the cold right now working on the place and bringing me some pellets for the stove. Took my wife into the doctor yesterday and his wife cleaned my house. Now that's what I call a god friend. He has a farm rented and the owners ex wife is alwys giving us trouble I thing we will dump it this year and try to find a better place.
