You have to be careful here close to home too Rick. The neighbor bought one from Discount Dave north of Remus. Dave had bought it in Georgia,brought it home in the spring during a warm spell,neighbor bought it soon after. We got a cold snap the night it was delivered and it had water in the radiator and tires. Froze up and broke the block. Dave didn't tell him where it had come from,so he had no reason to think it wouldn't have antifreeze that time of year.Ya just never know.

Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard. From the engine number, it was found that this Major was produced late 1946. It was almost complete but had various parts that would definitely need replacing.
