I have found small sets of tools in cars I have purchased. Under seats, and in the trunk under liners etc. If the deal was made, and the owner has left before I begin terring into it, I feel no compunction to find the owner and return tools. I did once when I bought my 51 GMC PU. and found two good hydraulic jacks and two 20 foot log chains in burlap bags under the seat. I gave the owner an extra 50 bucks. He was not present at the delivery (900 miles away) and I got the truck (running) for 100$. Jim

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
