I do hope y'all have a great time, and someone better have a tenderloin for me. Back in '56, I had a job at a locker plant/wholesale restaurant supply business...I have no idea how many breaded tenderloins I made and delivered to the local eating places.
Down here, nobody has ever heard of tenderloins unless they're from the good ol' Midwest.
