I don't know where they get them, but the V.A. Hospital had wheelchairs that the nurse walked along and guided but were battery powered so they don't have to push them. That's what they wheeled me around in last month when I was in there. Don't know if this helps or not. By the way, has there been anywhere set up to send money to help Steve yet?
