It took about 5-6 days to make from sheet leather to what you seen in the picture today.My 1911 is alot of weight for this old man to pack around, so my son made me a shoulder holster for the PPK,it works wonderful for me.He also made his shoulder holster for his 1911 longslide,and an outside waist band holster for it also. As a winter project it helps deal with the monotonous overcast dreary days, it's nice to see something like these holsters come about,plus its easier on the weapons than the kydex type holsters.Again thanks for the post. Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
