Mr. Glennster you are correct. The wheel valve with the 4 triangular holes is the service valve for a house, etc. that would use vapor directly from the tank. [with the proper regulator of course] The knurled brass valve is the 80% outage valve. Some of these gauges could be very accurate, and some could be off by up to 10%. A lot depended on how level the tank was installed.As with my dealings with my fellow man, I prefer everything to be on the Square and Level, if you know what I mean. Steve.
