I assume you are talking 4x4. I'd leave anything solid alone...
Sway bar bushings and end links are "easy", although the "dog bone" on the end is one piece unless you get aftermarket bushing kit.
Shocks are "easy"
The rest, ball joints, the track bar and leaf bushes, tie rods etc should be check and replace as required, but I think if you are going through the effort to to ball joints, then everything else will be easy.
I'd also be looking at wheel bearings and u-joints.
