while i agree some fog lights do seem to help with light placement for the driver of the vehicle with them on, far to many drivers use them when they aren't needed (not fog conditions) and seems to think its cool to drive with them on, and many seem to be poorly aimed, trucks seem worse than cars, as the light goes up into the oncoming drivers eyes not down onto the road... If you want extra light fit driving lights not fog lights, there is a difference
