You fellas have NO Clue about how it "IS", on the Road....!!
There is NO "Rule" that a Cop can't brake..!!
He (or She) can even Clock a different vehicle and STOP YOU...had it happen several times...
I drove for a Co. that ran us HARD, so when (not "if") I got a ticket, I took it as the Norm, paid it and went on my way.. Had PLENTY "OLD-PROS" run with us in a "Good-Time-Gang" and had a great time (at 80+) across OK, Tx and NM.. Had plenty "New Rookies" try all the sneaky tricks too.. Radar Detectors are a good way to Spend Money..NOTHING will defeat a "Doppler-effect" gun.. They are being installed more and more behind over-head signs and hit you in the Butt.. Just Pay Attention, don't swerve in and out of traffic and DON"T drive like you are ashamed of what you are DOING...for cripe-sake.. IF (When) you do get a ticket..take it as just one that you had deserved but hadn't been given.. We just called them "High-Speed-Driving-Awards"...!!!!!!!!!!!
