Got us a genuine January thaw going on here in Southern Maine. This past week warmed up and while ground was still frozen it defrosted if let covered. Fondation contractor was able to pour the footing for my soon to be garage. I have been without a indoor place to work since Feb of '08 when we bought this house. 26 deep, 36 wide, 10' 6" ceilng. 2 9 by 8 garage doors, one swing out barn style 10 by 10 shop bay door. Had to cheap out and use T1-11 for siding and go with local brand doors and windows. Total budget is 40k and that is with me having dug the foundation trench and will help backfill. Also doing electrical by myself.
