My first bike was a fifty sumtin Horex 350,i bought it for $5 at age 9.
second one a 52 Norton Dominator 500 at age 12(sweet bike bike that was)I had many other ones,mostly brittisch bikes,triumph,bsa,matchles etc, but some german and italian bikes as well.
I also had a 1920 350cc Royal Enfield once(would be worth a fortune today) alas, i sold it for $25 in 1963
The last bike i owned was 1953 650cc twin Norton Dominator, i sold it for a grand prior to immigrating 32 years ago(wish i had taken it with me,it would prob worth a small fortune today as well)
