This is my rig. It's a 05 Peterbilt with a 53' dry van.
I can legally run about 700 miles a day in ideal situations. It's a big old comfortable truck with air ride suspension, cab, and seats. 500 hp Cat engine. Lot's of torque and power. Real quiet inside. All that means dramatically less driver fatigue.
Especially compared to the 95 Freightliner I used to drive. A 700 mile day in that thing left you feeling rode hard and put up wet.
It's definitely an over the road rig as it's tough maneuvering on tight city streets.
