Just reinforced my belief that some sellers on eBay are bidding on their own items!!
I am looking for a used tractor part and have noticed, along with other catigory parts, an item's bids, many times, exceeds the new price, from a dealer!
You can click on the number of bids and see how many items the prospective buyer has bid on or sold.
One item had 21 bids ---16 from a "0" feedback bidder and 4 from a "3" feedback bidder.
High bidder now has a "976" feedback rating. This all may be legit, but I have my doughts!
Money is too tight for me to play that game, so I have ordered the part new.
