An interesting aside is that John Deere is the only tractor company that is still producing the same tractor by the same company. It hasn't sold it's operation (unless you go way back when Deere & Co. bought Waterloo Boy Tractor Works.) Tenneco owns Case which owns IH Allis went to the Germans Ford bought New Holland which bought Ford White bought Oliver, Cockshutt and went kaput. Unfortunately we are watching history go down the hole, and it is important to protect what there is left of it, whatever the color! That's my 2 1/2 cents worth. JerryU
