If you ever look up in the sky and notice all those funny looking vapor trails that come from those high flying jets, that instead of disappearing like a normal contrail does, spreads out in a wide gray cloud and pretty soon what should be a bright sunny day, turns into a gray overcast one. That is what happened to cloud seeding, but now it is called 'weather modification' and the vapor trails are called -chemtrails, which consist of fine particles of barium and aluminum. Those are what is causing all the weird weather we have been having since the end of the ninetys. Just our military expermenting with the weather to see if it can be used to advantage in future high tech war.
