I'm not familiar with that one specifically... but a GM we have on the fire department was actuated by solenoid, powered by the brake light switch. So check first to see if the brake lights are working. If they're not... check for power to the brake light switch... and if it's got power... check for power out of the switch with the brakes applied. A new switch fixed the GM... I forget now if the switch was near the pedal or hydraulically activated... so you might want to look around a bit.
