I would like to save it, but th ereality is I don't have the money and it needed it done 20 years ago. Every one of the floor joists is rotten in the center of the span and the roof rafters are rotten where the shingles are gone. The siding is in great shape, but it is framed with cottonwood, which is fine but when it gets old it gets HARD! You will rapidly dull an auger bit drilling through those old boards. :)
