I had that happen years ago about ten miles outside of a small town. Truck pulled off the side so I stopped. For some reason he had pulled the oil filter off and didn't have a spare. I offered to drive back to the town and get him one. Cost around twenty dollars. Took it back out to him and he told me he didn't have any money on him right then. Said he could get some when he got to the next town where I was going. Told him where I worked and he could drop it off at the office. Never did hear from him again. If you are broke down along the road now, don't expect me to stop and offer assistance.

Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
