Hey there; WAY BACK when I was about 5 or 6, (I'm 80 now) my Dad had a Stevens break action single shot .410 pistol. that rascal had a barrel about 12 inches long. Anyhow we had rats in the henhouse, we used bushel baskets on the ground for nests. Dang rats would get into the basket and roll the eggs up the inside the basket and pass it to a rat outside. I called Mom to shoot that rat with the .410, she pulled the hammer back, still holding the trigger, blew a hole in the ground right between us. NEVER called Mom again!!! Bob God Bless

I pulled the head, and soaked the stuck valves with mystery oil overnight, re-installed the head, and bingo, the compression returned.
