Lithium Ion batteries should not be "Run Down" to the point that the Voltage "Dumps".. They maintain a relatively constant voltage across the capacity of the battery.. Extreme care (and Caution) should be exercised during charging..there IS a definite danger of a fire if anything should go wrong.. The deliver Amperage as impressive as an Arc-Welder... Treat them nicely..they are wonderful products if treated carefully..
