Governor case should be taken off and opened up for inspection. The weights have been known to wear through and fly off which results in a run away. Pay particular attention to the cam idler gear, bearings and stub shaft. Any wear or play will eventually result in broken parts. There is a service bulletin about drilling, taping and grub screwing the shaft if required.
