Remember a Sno Go that the city had many years ago. Was mounted on an IH truck from late 30's, 4wd conversion. Main use was cleaning up parking lots & business district streets. Had truck loader chute on it, could load a 10 yard dump in about 20 seconds. Anyway, city decided to replace it around 1970 or so. No trade in value, so sold it on sealed bids, Local road const guy got it for scrap price bid. When the new one ate a concrete lot divider in first snow storm, he rented the old one back to city at hourly rate. Got his investment back several times over in a month.
