Brake lines have to withstand much-much higher pressure. The brake pedal on your vehicle is just a lever to activate the master cylinder. What ever pressure you apply to the pedal is multiplied by the length of the pedal's arm to its fulcrum point, then the pressure is multiplied within the hydraulic brake system itself by the size difference of the master-cylinder bore versus wheel cylinder bore. Basically the difference in square inches of cylinders. You won't find any shop that will make up rubber brake lines. There is too much liability involved.
