Wife mixes a mustard plaster with powdered mustard and flour and water to make a thin paste. Spread it on a thin cloth and put it on your chest till it starts to burn. Then put it on your back till it gets hot. Two or three nights before you go to bed usually cures the crud. If that don't fix you, try slicing an onion and put it in a bowl by the bed. Sometimes helps with flu symptoms.
