If that 94 has not been tweaked or had the valves adjusted then it needs done , the 94's were light on getty up and go . If you do not know how to do the valves then take it to someone that knows . Yo can tweak the pump easy and with the stock fuel plate you will never over fuel it but it will perk it up by moving it . But getting the tamper proof screw out is FUN then ya back off the aneroid and that is easy .
