Probably the valve body or the solenoids that control it.Kind of a semi common problem. I have had 3 of our foreman's trucks do the same thing in the past 2 years. A trip to a reputable trans shop is in order. If they are any good they should be able to swap in a reman valve body. Just don't keep driving it or an overhaul will be in order.
