I [ the authur of the thread] leave seller feedback after it is paid and shipped. I have 100 percent feedback from the ones that post back feedback.Seems 50 percent don't leave feedback at all to me. On my buying end,the sellers leave back the same way, right away. Most are bigger sellers that know, I guess.
Talk to the neighbor who ebays in the thousands, he always leaves feedback, and receives about only 20 percent back to him.
On another note, the sellers not being able to leave negetive feedback, is not right. The world should be a two way street.

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
