The appropriate reaction to seeing an Ad that appears fraudulent, is to use the report fraud links. On text classifieds, it is the red asterisk to the right of the ad. On photo ads, it's a "report fraud" link at the bottom of the page. Warning people about an ad by using the forums, is not an appropriate action. Many thousands of people daily read the ads who never read the forums, they will not see your warning.
Note, warning people about the earmarks of a fraud and how to avoid them, is great. Different subject.
I have removed the ads and the initial text in this post which repeated the scam posting.
By reporting these correctly, it expedites getting rid of the ad. If you want to discuss internet fraud concepts, that is fine, but before doing so, report any ad you see that appears to be a fraud. It's most important to get rid of such ads.
Thank you to Loren for bringing those ads to my attention.
