Having attended around 15 years I hear you, they are indeed a MESS LOL I use mine due to a leg problem butttttttttttt unlike some.......... I never stop mine in the middle of the aisle, I find an out of the way spot to park it,,,,,,,,I always yield right of way to pedestrians,,,,,,,I practice safety, common sense and courtesy. I think if everyone did that there would be far less congestion.
Of course, its a business and money decision for the Board, if carts werent allowed business would suffer drastically, less paid admission, less daily golf cart entrance fees, less golf cart rentals, i.e. lost revenue.
Of course, we all have our free choice if we wish to attend or stay home and thats the bottom line (for visitors at least) while the economics is the Boards free choice.
Due to demographics and cost of fuel etc the show has declined, Ive seen years (around 5 ago) when the RV Overflow Lot was full while it was only half this year so I see congestion lessening each year.
You pay your money and make your choices and some things go with the territory and despite congestion I choose to attend but those who do not likewise are free to make that choice...
Soooooo for those who choose to attend next year see ya there, for those who do not take care God Bless n best wishes
