There's some big auto parts swap meet in Wisconsin I guess. There were 4 guys here who were going over to it. They said you can't use one there without a medical reason. One of these guys has COPD and needed to use one. He said he had to apply for a permit ahead of time. He said they told him he absolutely could not have a passenger. Said if they caught anybody riding with him,he would be out of there.
