Sometimes the parents are completely in over their head and can't control them. There was a post here a couple months back about a guy having problems with his 14 or 15 year old kids that was a lot bigger and stronger than he was. Whats he supposed to do? Shoot his kid?
I used to blame a lot of things on the parents until I figured out even the best parents that try the hardest sometimes produce what amounts to bad seed through no fault of their own.
