Yes, cast iron wheel weights will help as will loading the tires. You don't tell what part of the world you live in but if in the south you can use plain water whereas in the north Calcium Chloride is commonly used, because it weighs about fifty % more than water. It is very corrosive and many will say that it will eat your rims. That is false however, because it is actually procrastination in getting a slow leak fixed that ruins the rims.
