Good friend of mine told me a story from the early 80's when times werer pretty tough for alot of people in Central Oregon. A family he went to church with, who had quite a brood of kids, were really struggling, so he took a big roast over to them one day.... He saw them at church that weekend and the woman thanked him and said how great the meat was, "one of the best roasts they'd ever had". Terry replied "I'll bring you more this week. We're going out horse shooting again tuesday" The lady was petrified. Funny how perspective can change.
