I have several rental houses and I put right in the lease and we go over and over this paragraph when signing.---The rent is due by the first of the month. If I don't have it by the fifth then 5% penalty. If I don't have it by the fifteenth then I throw your stuff out on the street.--- Any part of that you don't understand?
