Bolt pattern is the same 8x6.5. Center hub hole should fit as the K20 shouldn't have the large lockouts like a dana 60 axle under a K30. Thing to be concerned about is the backspacing. A tape measure and a board across the face of the wheel will tell you quite a bit.
