I worked for an industrial floor resurfacing co. for 32 yrs. spreadin 1/4 trowel epoxy down in in every factory you could think of, for the last 10 yrs. we been takin it all up and polishing the roughest wore out concrete u ever seen and with diamond stones and pads 40 horse elec. motors floor polishers and u can see the light thats 40 or 50 ft. up in the air reflect in the floor , and then we spray sealer on it , been dion quite good with this product in residential and commercial, the problem with epoxy on garage floors or slab with a water problem u will have the epoxy lifting off , cheap way to go is go rent a floor machine use diamond cups or the 2x4 stones like the masons use to fit that machine buy some cheap sealer put it in a 2 gal. sprayer and spray it evenly most of the epoxy floors we tore off are german owned and they told us we dond have epoxy in germany we have polish smart guys didnt know epoxy is harder tham concrete and it last longer
