Usual fare, when there's hard work to be done after; small bowl of a favorite organic granola cereal and whole milk is the first course, 2nd but not all the time, is 2 eggs scrambled, (best is local fresh eggs) a small dash of whole milk, on a toasted corn bread english muffin, with a cup of Irish breakfast tea, sweetened and 3/4 teaspoon of light cream. Seems to really fill the void and I can make it well past lunch time, if not up too early, even sometimes skip to an early supper. Might sneak a banana and a navel orange in between. Maybe a granola bar or similar kind of snack as well, gets me through and is an easy/quick thing to pack so you have something to bridge the gap, also keeps my morale up, knowing I've got something even if just a snack. Seems to work well, though I measure the whole milk or keep track so I do not overdo it, never really liked the low or zero fat products, worst is probably the darned egg yolks, so sometimes, the 2nd course is not needed, usually just when I know I'll work it off, like today, trying to finish up with all the darned logs I've towed in.
I do particularly enjoy an early rise, a self made breakfast, at home, after being on the road or working away for many years. I could literally walk across the road and enjoy a myriad of homemade baked goods, and typical breakfast fare, but it would probably shorten my life LOL, so I rarely do so, they have regulars in there for years that don't miss a day. So far its been working, 120/70 BP, a tad high in the cholesterol department, seemingly healthy, have always tried to do what I can to enjoy, always be thankful for having a satisfying first meal of the day, seems its when hunger is the worst for me, always appreciate whatever it is I have, and it really sets the tone and gives a boost even when a little tired, to get some work done.

Well, although these tires were in good shape as far as tread was concerned, they looked real sad. All were flat, but new tubes fixed that. In addition to years and years of scuffing and fading, they had paint splattered on
