A 20 year old boy is in deep trouble for taking a snap shot of a girl in an adjacent tanning room with his cell phone. No internet posting to my knowledge. Big trouble for the boy, felony. An individual taking a pic and posting a nude pic on the internet is a crime. Not enough people going to jail for it.
There are data bases on everyone in the US, it's out there. Not just the government, private, legal data bases. If your kids are convicted of a crime, they can run but they can't hide.
There are pics of every square inch in every country too. Private and government.
The drone is a tool, like all tools it can be abused. Doesn't mean our government is going to be the one landing in our yard and posting pics, that's a stretch.
If some horney boy does it and get caught, I feel sorry for the boy. George
