In a quest to clean up our house I found a sales pamplet,wisconsin motor maintinence manual and an owners manual,all in the original sleeve. I wanted to give it to someone on the site here,but I thought you would enjoy it the most,since you had Bolens garden tractors. So to be fair I put a lot of pieces of paper in a hat,all with the name Old Roy on them.I pulled out a piece of paper out of the hat and it said 7 5/8 !!!! Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard. From the engine number, it was found that this Major was produced late 1946. It was almost complete but had various parts that would definitely need replacing.
