: :Jim, When tractor is clutched, the PTO slip clutch is supposed to slip or turn freely, not allowing the PTO shaft to be turned by the momentum of the bushhog, forcing the tractor to move forward because it is in gear. Tractor quits moving when bushhog blades stops turning. When PTO slip clutch is working properly, and the tractor is clutched, tractor stops. When old slip clutch quit working and new one also doesn't work, it leads me to believe the problem is somewhere else, maybe adjusting tractor clutch so it can be disengaged more when pushing clutch pedal.
