Sounds like my town. Pop. of 1976 in 1976, now it is 4400. People move in from Boston suburbs and want all the services. Twenty years ago an old lady that owned 400 acres but no income, donated her whole farm to the town. All she wanted was for her animals to be cared for. That fell to me and a few others.
