I put an MBRP 4" turbo back kit on my 01. Around 300 bucks. They make a muffler delete pipe I think thats around a hundred or if you have a big truck parts store near you can get some of the stainless flex pipe and a couple clamps but time you pay for that you could just buy the muffler delete pipe. I say stainless cause the regular flex pipe will rust out pretty quick. As far as cold air intake I have a S&B with an oil type filter on mine. Helps her breathe alittle better and gained a little mpg but made my truck engine louder. Stay away from K&N. There bad news from what I researched before I bought mine. Also keep in mind that your truck wont like that cold air intake as much in the winter. cummins forum.com has some good research material but its kinda like this forum gotta find the good and weed out the bad.
